un sistema componibile

Snowgems è un sistema aperto che genera morbide soluzioni formali in grado di incidere sensibilmente sulla qualità acustica ed estetica degli ambienti.
Idea ispiratrice del progetto è il gesto, tipico dei creatori di gioielli, di infilare una gemma dopo l’altra per dar vita a collane o orecchini pendenti.
Snowgems è un sistema di pannelli fonoassorbenti che una la tecnologia Snowsound attraverso forme diverse che vengono letteralmente “infilate” su vari tipi di struttura: totem, divider modulari, moduli a soffitto o a parete.

I pannelli sono disponibili in quattro colori, grigio scuro, rosa quarzo, acquamarina e bianco ghiaccio, per comporre effetti cromatici a piacere.

a modular system

Snowgems is an open-ended system for the emplacement of soft formal solutions that can significantly affect the acoustic and aesthetic quality of a space.

The inspiration for the project came from observing the way that jewellery makers add one gem after another to create necklaces or pendant earrings.

Snowgems is a system of Snowsound sound-absorbing panels of different shapes that are literally “threaded” onto various different structures and supports: totems, room dividers and partitions, and ceiling and wall modules. The panels are available in four colours, dark grey, quartz pink, aquamarine, and ice-white, and may be combined to achieve the desired chromatic effect.
